A polite reminder to all clients we have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy in place. If you cannot make your appointment or need to change it please let us know as soon as possible. Otherwise failure to do, you will be charged 50% of your total treatment price. This fee also applies for those clients who don’t turn up for their appointments.
We understand emergencies can occur out of your control and we do try to be as accommodating as possible. However we are only a small independent business so we can’t always get your appointment slot filled if we have no notice.
We do send confirmation emails/texts before your appointment but if you need to check your appointment time or date then please do call us on 01844 260454 and we will be happy to help you.
